How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 on all orders, no matter the size or destination.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been confirmed. What Is Your Refund Policy?
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your product, please contact jmchenry@widgeteerinc.com within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll be happy to discuss a refund. Please note that all unwanted items must be returned in a resalable condition, unused, and securely packaged in their original packaging.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the item(s) being received at our warehouse. If you have not received your refund within this time frame, please contact us with the tracking information for the return so we can investigate and locate the package.
